Step One

Start by making sure your eyes are clean and there is no make up already on them. Put a base color as close to your skin color as you can and make sure your eyes are not puffy or have bags under them.

Step Two

Line your eyes with a liquid eyeliner (preferably black) with a very thin line. Apply mascara and a lash brush to smooth out clumps on your eyelashes. Then take a pencil eyeliner and lightly line the bottom eyelid and smudge this onto the length of your eye.

Step Three

Take your choice of off-skin color and apply it to the direct eyelid. Then take a more opal or glitter color and spread it along your brow bone and the top of your eyelid. Then take the same color and dust it under your eyes for a glitter effect.
