EAT MY CAKE!

I was born in Russia and I am the Queen of cakes!!! One of my favorites is the one that I will share with you today. It is a Russian style apple cake! *YUM YUM*

First you find a circular, medium sized pan and rub some oil on the bottom of it. Then you take 3 apples and cut them each into five pieces and arrange all the apple slices into your circular pan.

Then you take 4 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. You take the whites and begin to beat them, with an electric mixer, while slowly pouring the cup of sugar into it. Pour a cup of flour into your sugar and egg whites mixture, then in a separate bowl you take the yolks and using a spoon begin to beat them while adding a little bit of sugar. You combine both of the two bowls together and using an electronic mixer, mix everything for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture is fluffy and white and tastes yummy and sweet.

Pour the mixture over the apples into the circular pan and set it in the oven at 250 degrees for ten minutes then raise the temperature to 350 degrees. Check on the cake until you notice that its color is golden brown, then you know it is ready. Cut a slice and eat! I hope u enjoy this delicious Russian apple cake.
